Day 1 – Arrival & Reset
1:00 PM – 2:30 PM | Welcome Mixer + Bracelet Bar
Arrive at the Harbor Welcome Lounge and ease into the experience.
Luggage will be held by the concierge until resort check-in opens at 4:00 PM.
Enjoy elevated lunch bites, mocktails, and warm introductions.
Visit the Bracelet Bar to receive your gold bracelet, representing your ticket tier.
If you’d like to upgrade to Mastermind or Founder’s Dinner, this is the perfect time to do so—your bracelet will reflect it.
This is your first taste of the Harbor Method energy: relaxed, elegant, and social—without pressure.
Our groups are intentionally capped so you can choose your level of connection—whether you want a quiet reset, a fun group vibe, or a mix of both.
You’re surrounded by like-minded women who chose to put themselves on their calendar—and who came here to enjoy every moment.
*If you'd like to arrive earlier in the morning to enjoy the Mohonk spa, a guided hike, or any of the resort’s endless offerings, just let us know in advance so we can secure a day pass for you.
2:30 PM – 4:00 PM | Harbor Session II: The Harbor Method
This is our first full session together, led by Harbor Method founder Stephanie.
You’ll be introduced to the Harbor Method framework and begin reconnecting with what matters most—without overwhelm, without pressure.
It’s fun and lighthearted, yet meaningful—the kind of session where insight sneaks up on you in the best way.
You’ll have space to reflect, jot things down, and simply take it all in.
This session sets the tone: grounded, intentional, and designed to meet you exactly where you are.
4:00 PM – 5:00 PM | Official Check-In + Free Time
Resort check-in is now open. Head to the front desk to get your room key, drop your bags, and take a breath.
This time is yours—freshen up, explore the grounds, or sit by the lake with your journal.
Nothing is scheduled. Just space to settle in and enjoy the beauty around you.
5:30 PM – 7:00 PM | Private Group Dinner – The Legacy Lounge
If you selected the Founder’s Dinner, meet the group here at 5:30 for the toast—you’ll be escorted to our private dining room for an elevated experience.
For all guests, this is a chance to unwind over phenomenal food and real conversation.
You’ll be seated with intention and surrounded by women who are here to enjoy, connect, and exhale.
Expect thoughtful table touches, warm energy, and a few Harbor surprises woven in.
This isn’t just a meal. It’s part of the experience.
7:00 PM – 8:30 PM | Fireside S’mores, Dessert Bar & Nightcaps
End the night by the fire with s’mores, a full dessert bar, and cozy nightcaps. Swapping stories under the stars. This is Harbor-style fun: low-pressure, high-vibe, and full of little joys.
Day 2 – Realign & Rise
7:30 AM – 9:00 AM | Morning Mastermind (Upgrade Experience)
Start your day with juice, coffee, and a room full of women choosing to live intentionally.
This elevated session is all about legacy habits, vision-board living, and mapping out what your next upgrade looks like, feels like, sounds like, and tastes like.
You’ll explore how to step fully into the identity of your Future You—with energy, alignment, and unapologetic clarity.
It’s not about adding more to your plate—it’s about becoming the kind of woman who chooses what stays on it.
Morning | Breakfast Bar Available
A full breakfast bar will be available for all guests to enjoy at their leisure.
No programming is scheduled during this time—ease into your morning however you'd like.
9:30 AM – 11:00 AM | Final Session – Moonshot Goals & What’s Next
Welcome to our culminating session together of this one-night retreat.
We’ll walk through the Harbor Method framework, showing how to leverage it for your 90-Day Moonshot Goal.
We’ll also talk about the juicy part—which is why you haven’t done this already.
Sometimes what you really need is to be reminded that the full send is your birthright.
You’ll write a letter to your future self, which we will mail to you at a later date.
We will wrap up this retreat full of camaraderie and forward momentum.
You’ll then have an opportunity to choose your participation level at our next retreat, ensuring you continue what you started here.
11:00 AM – 1:00 PM | Lunch, Next Steps & Goodbyes
Enjoy your final resort lunch with new friends, included as part of your stay.
Please note: resort checkout is at 12:00 PM, so be sure to check out of your room before lunch if you're departing today.
You're welcome to take advantage of the award-winning spa or explore the property before heading home.
This is your send-off—filled with warm hugs, cheerful conversations, and new friendships rooted in real goals and bold next steps.

This is the Harbor Method’s version of getting out of your comfort zone. You’ll choose from curated experiences that reflect the energy of transformation.
